Littelfuse is seeking a
Procurement Manager - MRO & Indirect Materials
to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost optimization in Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) as well as indirect categories. You will lead a team and ensure procurement activities align with Littelfuse standards, business needs, and compliance requirements.

About The Job

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO and indirect spend categories (supplies, spare parts, IT, services).
  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
  • Drive cost savings and improve cash flow through optimized payment terms.
  • Ensure reliable supply, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support business operations and growth.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and spend analysis.
  • Manage and develop a team of three procurement professionals.
  • Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems (SAP/Oracle/Ariba).

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with strong focus on indirect categories and MRO.
  • Proven track record in negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimization.
  • Leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent requests.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work with stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Fluent in English;
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days per week onsite, depending on business needs).
