IMPORT AND PROCUREMENT

Responsibilities:

  • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
  • Perform inventory check and release international PO.
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
  • Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
  • Arrange international shipment and customs clearing
  • Assist broker to clear the shipments from international suppliers
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
  • Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Logistics staff, or similar role
  • Knowledge of logistics and importaton or transport management systems
  • At least 1 year experience.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, Peach tree system is of advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills

Office Location is in Cebu Business Park - AYALA (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm)
