The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to join our team. As we continue to grow, we are keen to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare condo units to a high standard for incoming guests.
  • Change linens, make beds, and ensure all rooms are well-stocked with amenities.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Assist the laundry team with sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure each property meets our cleanliness standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and laundry teams to manage the turnover of units efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A strong focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping/Room Attendant is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
