Home-Based Graphic Artist

We are looking for a Home-Based Graphic Artist to join our growing U.S.-based client support team. In this role, you will bring client ideas to life by designing high-quality, on-brand artwork for a wide range of promotional merchandise. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure visuals meet both branding and production standards while enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Brand Focus: Ensures consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs

• Create original, on-brand artwork for promotional products, including apparel, drinkware, office supplies, and more

• Prepare and modify vector artwork for various imprint methods (screen printing, embroidery, pad printing, laser engraving, etc.)

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align designs with client expectations and production needs

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and deliver high-quality visual content

• Review and approve pre-production proofs and adjust designs as needed

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

• Stay current with design trends, printing innovations, and product customization techniques

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

• Experience: 2 years in graphic design, preferably within the promotional products or print industry

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Schedule: Able to work graveyard/overnight shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Familiarity with various imprint methods and artwork requirements

  • Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

• Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000
