*Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Responsible Business Services (RBS) Auditor to conduct audits and assessments that evaluate client compliance with international standards for quality, social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and ethical business conduct. The role involves planning and executing audits under ISO-based frameworks, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring integrity and objectivity throughout the audit process. The RBS Auditor also contributes to client training, mentoring of junior auditors, and continuous improvement initiatives within the audit division.

Key Responsibilities*

  • Plan, conduct, and complete social, environmental, quality, and ethical compliance audits in accordance with ISO 19011, ISO 17021, and company audit procedures.
  • Review and analyze client policies, procedures, and records to verify conformance with global standards and applicable codes of conduct.
  • Conduct on-site and remote audits, including employee interviews, facility inspections, and documentation reviews.
  • Identify and report non-conformances, risks, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring findings are clearly communicated and properly documented.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive audit reports within established timelines, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, and professional presentation.
  • Support and coach auditors-in-training, providing guidance and performance feedback in line with audit best practices.
  • Participate in training and continuing professional development to maintain audit qualifications and ensure up-to-date knowledge of global compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development, client communication, and service quality initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with company QHSEE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Energy) policies and procedures during audit execution.
  • Operate with the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality in line with the APSCA Code of Conduct.

*Qualifications*

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years auditing experience in Responsible Business Services, compliance auditing, or related ISO systems.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, or equivalent management systems.
  • APSCA Member (Associate, Registered, or Certified Social Compliance Auditor) required.
  • Completion of Lead Auditor Training Course (LATC) for any ISO standard such as ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of social compliance, ethical sourcing, and sustainability audits is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in report writing, documentation, and MS Office applications.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City and travel for field audits when required.
