Summary of the Role

The Account Manager is the main point of contact for all partners, sponsors, and stakeholders of the Fun Run event. Your primary goal is to ensure that all their needs are met, from managing agreements and deliverables to building lasting relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors and partners.
  • Coordinating with the event team to ensure all sponsor requirements, like logo placements and event booths, are fulfilled.
  • Helping to secure new sponsorships by presenting event proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Monitoring the implementation of sponsor deliverables before, during, and after the event.
  • Preparing post-event reports for sponsors, highlighting the return on their investment.
  • Working with the finance team on billing and collections for sponsorship deals.
  • Assisting the overall event operations to ensure a successful event.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in account management, client service, or events.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to work onsite during the event and attend meetings as needed.
