Job Summary:

The Cash Control Associate reconciles bank accounts of Treasury Department,releases and prepares checks, coordinates with suppliers, and Quick Book system recording.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform bank reconciliation

Update data in Quickbooks system for bank reconciliation

Input vouchers data in Quickbooks

Balancing passbooks vs Quickbooks system daily

Ensure all transactions in passbooks are recorded in Quickbooks

Monitor and follow up all sites for late deposits

Prepare checks as needed

Coordinate with supplier for check release and follow up

Qualifications:

College degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related courses

Fresh graduate or with one (1) to two (2) years work experience in a related field

Prior experience in Treasury or Foreign Exchange is good to have

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

High analytical skills
