About the role Nestle Business Services Aoa Inc' invites you to join as a CRM Expert in a full‑time role in Metro Manila. You will develop and implement tailored CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty across the company’s brand portfolio. What you'll be doing Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives. Design and execute engaging email, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns to foster stronger connections with customers. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and optimise CRM programs that align with broader marketing and business objectives. Monitor and report on the performance of CRM activities, using insights to continually refine and improve strategies. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, making recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Contribute to the development of CRM tools, templates, and training to build internal capabilities. What we’re looking for Proven experience in a CRM or digital marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail sector. Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and campaign management principles. Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
