QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate of Accountancy or any related course.
- With experience in accounting field
- Willing to be assigned in Naga City
JOB OBJECTIVE:
- Manage the daily operations and strategic objectives of the Company's through design, implementation, maintenance and management of all accounts business functions and procedures.
- An accounts receivable officer is responsible for all financial transactions related to the company's accounts receivable. This generally includes maintaining customer accounts. Working with a billing system generates invoices. Collecting payments.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily remittance report validation - invoices vs TDR, remittance vs SOA, deductions validation, payment validation, engage with delivery team for non compliance in PDC, Validation of direct bank deposits and FT slips to actual bank deposits.
Daily preparation of for deposits & DCRR and assisting of bank personnel during bank pick up.
Safekeeping of cash and checks collections.
Safekeeping of uncollected invoices and counter receipts (from the day's remittance) in the vault.
Daily updating of Sales Report for Lubes and Tires, and daily validation of actual RGS versus system RGS.
Update schedules of Emp Advances, AP, AR PDC, AR Principal & EWT.
SOA preparation and invoice/Counter Receipt release and get DSR commitment for collection.
Resolution with DSR and delivery team for payment discrepancies.
Prepare SOA & have DSR replace/collected within timing for bounced checks and returned checks.
Records EWT once actual BIR 2307 is on hand and transmit to Finance weekly.
Safekeeping and releasing of branch forms - Sales Invoice, Purchase order, petty cash vouchers, RGS form, etc.
Safekeeping of petty cash and other branch funds. Preparation of weekly replenishment report.
Turnover of Accounting documents to Finance monthly.
Observes safety and the need for continuous awareness of the company on-going safety rules and practices
Complies and ensures implementation of all company policies, rules and regulations.
Housekeeping practices of 5's
Performs other related task
