Project Coordinator for Solar Campaign

Are you a detail-oriented organizer with a passion for keeping projects on track and delivering exceptional results? We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative environment and plays a key role in driving project success from start to finish.

In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, and ensure that all moving parts of a project come together smoothly. From liaising with clients to defining project scopes and objectives, to supporting internal and external teams—you'll be at the center of it all. You'll monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and help remove roadblocks alongside our Fulfillment Leadership team.

You'll also handle critical administrative aspects, such as reviewing contracts, maintaining detailed documentation, and using project management tools to track performance and milestones. Your ability to communicate clearly and keep everyone aligned will be essential in delivering projects that exceed expectations.

What you will do as a Project Coordinator

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal and external teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Oversee project procurement management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with the Fulfillment Leadership figures to eliminate blockers.
• Use tools to monitor working hours and plans.
• Vet all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including account notes, plans and reports.

What We're Looking For

• College Level
• At least 1 year proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• At least 1 year experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. CRMs)
