We are looking to hire a Utility Personnel who conducts and maintains cleanliness of the manufacturing plant offices and facilities in compliance with GMP standards and protocol.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all kinds of waste are properly segregated and disposed.

  2. Clean, stock and ensure availability of supplies in designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc.)

  3. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.

  4. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

  5. Make adjustments and minor repairs.

  6. Stocking and maintenance of supply rooms.

  7. Cooperate with the rest of the staff.

  8. Accountable in providing and helping build the Company by strengthening our culture of shared ownership and bayanihan.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Proven working experience as a cleaner preferably with at least 2 years of experience working as a cleaner in an office set-up.
  • Can manage heavy lifting - hauling of water bottles, equipment, etc. to second floor offices.
  • With knowledge in basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Has knowledge in GMP.
  • With extensive knowledge on cleaning sterile areas.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Gardening
  • Laundry
  • Basic knowledge in Electrical, Aircon cleaning and Plumbing works.
  • Willing to work at Sta. Rosa. Laguna
