This full-time role is based in our head office in Mandaluyong City.

As a Finance Associate, we expect you to:

  • Perform data entry, processing, maintenance of financial reports and information generated through the computerized accounting system
  • Process accounts payable transactions in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Prepare daily cash position report
  • Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Prepare sales invoice every day for all the orders delivered
  • Send the respective invoice to the customer via email
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Ability to reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills to handle daily tasks and reporting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
