About the role

North Trend Marketing Corporation (Castrol) is seeking a driven Distributor Sales Representative to join our team in Davao. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base across the Bulacan area.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle the booking and collections
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Identifying and prospecting new potential clients in the Bulacan area
  • Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals with prospective clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer queries and concerns
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • College level or graduate of any course
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a sales representative role, preferably handling distributors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to be assigned in Davao de Oro area or Davao Oriental area
  • Must have own motorcycle and valid driver's license
