The Accreditation Coordinator audits and ensures quality training and compliance with accreditation standards.What You'll DoResearch and maintain documentation of any regional or state level training requirements that differ from national or widely accepted requirements.Monitor enacted legislation during active sessions, interpret applicable rules and regulations, and determine the actions required to ensure compliance and initiate implementation.Document the regulatory requirements met by courses and training materials in the appropriate compliance guide.Conduct primary research on state requirements to support the course of accreditation and approval process.Prepare and submit course accreditation and approval applications to the appropriate governing bodies.Build and maintain professional relationships with state department of education representatives to clarify state requirements and streamline accreditation and approval procedures.Oversee course completion data submissions to the corresponding state reporting system.Serve as the lead contact for managing and resolving inquiries related to state reporting system data submissions.Working with other departments to provide information as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsWhat You'll Need2-3 years of related experience in accreditation, compliance, administration, or regulatory oversight.Experience in the K–12 or higher education sectors is preferred.Prior experience in the eLearning or SaaS industries is a plus.Proficient in Excel (including formulas), Word, and Adobe.Strong research and information-gathering skills, with excellent writing and editing abilities.Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics or other relevant fields.Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to develop strong business relationships.Must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders internally and externally to the organization.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.Strong analytical and auditing skills with the ability to synthesize data and report accurate information.Effective in project and time management; able to handle multiple tasks independently.Ability to work during business hours from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, and other hours as needed.>> To expedite the process, please submit your application using the following link: What We Value:Teamwork – Above all, we're a team.
