Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in BGC Taguig for an Application Support Specialist. Responsibilities include providing application and technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving system issues, analyzing application performance, identifying problems, and providing timely solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to address software or system updates and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Application Support and Technical Support roles
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of IT service management tools and methodologies is a plus
  • Experience in supporting applications in industries such as finance, technology, or life sciences is an advantage
