Accounts Payable Associate (Finance & Accounting)

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance & Accounting team in supporting client operations. This role involves handling end-to-end accounting functions, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable transactions based on approved client documents
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks using client-provided data
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Handle tax returns and other statutory reports required by the business, client, or government agencies
  • Generate ad hoc reports as requested by authorized representatives
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial documents and submissions
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in training, process improvements, and other company initiatives
  • Carry out other finance and accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 months–1 year of relevant finance and accounting experience
  • Proficiency in SAP is required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
