Job Overview:

As a PEX | Performance Excellence Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance excellence through comprehensive data analysis, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing proposals and recommendations. Also, identify areas for improvement, implement new processes, and perform complex operations research and analytics.

Job Description:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance tracking dashboards and reporting systems
  • Enhance the performance management, including process improvement, benefits, and welfare programs, providing recommendations through data & insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance productivity
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives
  • Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with reporting standards
  • Work with departmental heads to establish project teams and ensure the objectives of the required improvement are identified, owned, documented and measured in order to allow progress reporting.
  • Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards and procedures
  • Propose business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system development throughout project life cycle

Qualifications:

  • Should have at least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst in performance excellence or similar field on a BPO set up
  • Demonstrated quantitative skills with the highest degree of precision
  • Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to key stakeholders
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data-driven recommendations
  • Experience in business and data analysis is an advantage
  • Proven experience of working successfully in a collaborative team environment across different cultures, operating with and influencing others to achieve a common objective
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
