Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:

Plans and prioritizes the development of features, enhancements, and other changes on the assigned digital product/asset for specific functional areas of the business.

The role will collaborate with top management, stakeholders, TDX head, and Digital Product Lead to define the vision, strategy, and digital product roadmap.

S/he will monitor delivery and execution of all assigned projects in tandem with project managers and will be responsible for negotiating and managing feature requests from stakeholders in ensuring projects complete on-time and within budget while mitigating identified risk/s.

The role will work closely with the agile team in designing and building digital products under the leadership of the Digital Product Lead and mentorship of the TDX Head.

· As Senior Manager, the role will be the lead for the identified digital product/domain of applications or systems.

· Accountable for refining business requirements from stakeholders with business analysts and agile team, scheduling releases, and communicating sprint goals in relation to the design and development of digital products.

· Develop scope and define backlog items, epic/features, user stories, and others.

· Own the product roadmap of the assigned product and serve as the Voice of the Customer in the design of its continual evolution

· Deliver key objectives and results of the assigned digital products including necessary evolutions to support the business

· Collaborate with architects, delivery & agile leads, and partners in designing suitable solution for the requirement

· Define/create opportunities to optimize knowledge on trends, competition and industry.

· Build strong relationship with Scrum Team, representing the team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.

· Consults with stakeholders in assessing the viability of proposed new products/ propositions and negotiate with stakeholders to deliver the products/ propositions based on its viability.

· Escalates necessary action to all stakeholders to ensure and maintain health of products.

· Liaise with stakeholders and development team and ensures clear communication and understanding of requirements.

· Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· years solid experience as Product Owner or other related role, ideally with digital products (i.e. websites, e-commerce)

· With extensive relevant experience in working with cross-functional departmental teams
