Managing product backlog and release planning
Tracking team-level performance metrics

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, design, business, operations). Demonstrated team leadership with a focus on solution delivery and innovation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior business stakeholders.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and confidently make team-level decisions (targeting AVP/VP level). Embraces a non-hierarchical, transparent culture built on collaboration, trust, and psychological safety. Willingness to "roll up the sleeves", step outside of comfort zones, and drive a culture of continuous learning.

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Product Owner, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital insurance products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, the Head of Product, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:Define and champion an ambitious product vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and team objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product direction meets strategic needs and client expectations. Partner with the Head of Product to define each product's business value, and support go-to-market activities such as messaging and client engagement.
Maintain and prioritize a well-groomed product backlog, staying 3–4 sprints ahead of development. Translate complex user needs and market trends into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Own the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle – from ideation through to production deployment.
Lead and facilitate Agile practices such as release planning, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospective sessions. Integrate user research and usability insights into product requirements to enhance the customer experience. Be accountable for product-specific Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and communicate progress to all relevant stakeholders.
Drive an experimental, data-driven mindset in the team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
