Legal Assistant Primarily responsible in carrying out legal administrative duties of the Corporate Legal and Compliance Unit of the Office of the CEO, specifically managing and organizing the affairs of the Unit and organization of pertinent corporate legal documents and reportorial requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a Drafting and proofreading corporate legal documents, contracts, reportorial requirements and correspondence
b Collating and organizing evidence and legal documents.
c Registry monitoring and management
d Organizing and maintaining documents in filing systems, both paper and electronic in coordination with Corporate Secretary for tracking and transparency.
e Legal and Compliance research in order to keep organization up-to-date
f Other relevant and related tasks as the position may require
REQUIRED SKILLS, TOOLS AND COMPETENCE
a Graduate of any 4 year course is required
b With units in law and actual experience in a law office is a plus
c Has excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
d Has knowledge of law, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and other legal process
e Must possess Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
