Are you a confident communicator who enjoys turning first conversations into real opportunities?We're looking for an Inbound Sales Representative who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership to a fast-moving, global team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads—responding quickly, starting meaningful conversations, and helping businesses understand how our platform can support their needs. You'll work closely with the revenue team to qualify opportunities and ensure every inquiry receives a fast, professional, and high-quality first response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and respond to inbound leads from multiple channels (sales line, Drift, web

    forms, etc.)
  • Deliver a sub-5-minute time-to-first-touch for inbound inquiries
  • Maintain a 60%+ lead-to-next-step conversion rate
  • Identify, qualify, route, and track leads with strong attention to detail
  • Complete at least 60 outbound/inbound touchpoints per day (calls/emails)
  • Use a consultative approach to communicate value, build trust, handle objections,

    and stay resilient
  • Research and maintain accurate contact and account details in Salesforce
  • Keep Salesforce activity up to date to support clean pipeline hygiene, accurate

    forecasting, and smooth handoffs
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Hybrid Set-up: Two (2) office days per week in BGC.

Hours: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM | NightShift


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as an SDR or 2+ years in a relevant sales role (B2B preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Organized, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, curious, and self-motivated—someone who takes ownership and

    follows through
