Position: Sales and Customer Representative

Work Set-Up: Remote | Work From Home

Work Schedule: Dayshift (6AM to 3PM Manila Time)

Position Summary:

The Sales and Customer Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers enquiring about data recovery services. This role is sales-driven and client-facing, focused on converting inbound leads into confirmed service jobs while delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience.

This position requires strong phone-based sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to confidently guide customers through a structured sales process and closing of deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales, Customer Engagement & Conversion

- Serve as the point of contact for B2C and B2B customers seeking data recovery services.

- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, chat, and online forms while delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience.

- Proactively follow up on leads, quotes, and open opportunities to maximize conversion rates.

- Explain the data recovery process clearly, address concerns, and build confidence with each customer.

- Manage customer expectations regarding timeframes, pricing, and next steps.


• Job Coordination & Administration

- Coordinate the full lifecycle of each data recovery job to ensure timely and smooth progression.

- Prepare accurate quotes and invoices using Xero (training provided).

- Follow up on invoices to ensure prompt payment and customer satisfaction.

- Arrange courier collections and coordinate dispatch to internal technical teams.

- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and job status updates.

- Provide daily and weekly sales and operations reports to management.


• Customer Experience & Retention

- Seek customer feedback and follow up on reviews to maintain a high level of service.

- Deliver exceptional service that improves customer retention, referrals, and online reputation.

- Provide insights on customer behavior, trends, and opportunities to support the wider sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in any field.

• At least 3–5 years of strong sales background combined with inbound calls and has proven experience managing sales targets, conversion metrics, or quotas.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills; must have a strong ability to communicate clearly and confidently understand the needs of the clients.

• Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills — able to ask the right questions, identify needs, manage objections, close opportunities and build strong relationship with clients.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

• Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
