Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries received via phone, email, live chat, or other channels
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products or services
  • Qualifying leads based on their potential for conversion and forwarding them to the appropriate sales team members
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's offerings, pricing, and policies
  • Documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and follow-up
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align inbound sales strategies with ongoing campaigns
  • Following up with potential customers who have expressed interest but have not yet purchased
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively converting inbound leads into sales
  • Handling customer objections and providing solutions that meet their needs and encourage a purchase
  • Assisting in the development and refinement of scripts or communication strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Providing feedback to product and service teams based on customer interactions and suggestions
  • Staying current with industry trends and competitor offerings to anticipate customer needs and offer relevant solutions

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year BPO - 6 mos Sales and 6 mos Tech experience
  • Knowledgeable in Domains and basic troubleshooting
  • At least HS grad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php36,000.00 per month
