About the Role

Sakara Incorporated (OnlyFries) is seeking a Full-Time Kiosk Crew Member to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a Kiosk Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations of our food kiosk.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet and assist customers with orders and inquiries.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food items with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kiosk at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
  • Uphold company standards in service, cleanliness, and presentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, food service, or quick-service restaurants.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Willingness to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday (Saturdays & Sundays OFF)
