Job Summary:

As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient store operations. Your role is vital in creating a pleasant dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to quality and safety standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) machines and handle cash or card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining, kitchen, and restroom areas.
  • Restock supplies and assist in inventory control.
  • Follow company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Provide fast, courteous service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist in drive-thru and delivery operations if assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate
  • No prior experience required (training will be provided).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive work attitude.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Requires standing, bending, lifting, and other physical tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
