 Reports To: PMO Director

 Job Category: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

 Job Location: 100% work-from-home

Job Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our client's fast-growing digital marketing agency, a team built by industry veterans who understand what it takes to scale multi-location brands. They live and breathe both franchising and digital marketing, helping business owners grow through powerful, localized campaigns that actually work.

Your mission? Be the central connector who keeps things running behind the scenes. You'll partner with Franchisee Success Managers and other department PMs, Creative, Media, Finance, and Technology, to ensure every campaign launches accurately, on time, and with flawless coordination. The Client

This client is a fast-growing digital-marketing and operations partner built by franchise owners for franchise owners. Their founders, having owned multiple franchise locations themselves, saw that traditional agencies didn't truly understand the multi-unit, local-marketing model, so they created a business that does.

They specialise in serving multi-location brands and franchise networks through "Facebook/Instagram-first" (and broader omni-channel) marketing, plus strong operational systems, analytics, and support.

  1. Deep understanding of franchise business models, local unit scalability, and multi-site operations
  2. A marriage of marketing execution + operations + technology + client-success mindset
  3. Remote-first team environment, cross-functional collaboration, rapid execution and disciplined process
Your Mission
  • Project Management & Coordination : Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for the Success team
  • Client Campaign Support : Partner with Success Managers to organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Progress Tracking : Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments
  • Documentation & Follow-Through : Keep communication, updates, and follow-ups documented in Airtable or Asana
  • Leadership Visibility : Prepare project summaries and updates for leadership review
  • Workflow Optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross-department efficiency
  • Onboarding & Rollout Support : Assist in implementing new initiatives and ensuring consistent execution
  • Template & System Management : Maintain organized project templates and standardized systems for the Success department
Who You Are
  • Experienced Coordinator : At least 2 years in project coordination, client success, or marketing operations
  • Organized & Proactive : Thrives on structure, accuracy, and detail
  • Strong Communicator : Builds alignment across cross-functional teams with clear, confident communication
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiar with Airtable, Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
  • Agency-Minded : Experience working in marketing, franchise, or agency environments
  • Collaborative Team Player : Works well under pressure and loves helping others succeed
  • Solutions-Oriented : Has a positive, can-do mindset and turns challenges into action
Bonus Points If You Have
  1. Experience supporting multi-location or franchise accounts
  2. Background in digital marketing or creative project management
