  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Scan or manually enter product prices and discounts
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and report discrepancies
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Balance the cash register at the end of the shift and report discrepancies
  • Follow security procedures to prevent fraud or theft
  • Support other store duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required (Excel / Word)
  • Experience in customer service or retail (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling money
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts (weekends/holidays)
  • Willing to work in Taguig / Cubao
