Perform cashiering and selling support activities while delivering excellent customer experience at all times, in adherence to the GUESS Selling Culture.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (cash, card, and other payment methods).
  • Achieve daily sales targets and assigned KPIs, including add-on and upselling goals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with the GUESS Selling Culture.
  • Clearly explain and promote ongoing sales, discounts, and promotional offers to all customers.
  • Ensure proper handling of cash, POS system, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Assist in monitoring fast-moving and slow-moving merchandise and provide feedback to the Store Head.
  • Support sales floor operations by replenishing and arranging merchandise in accordance with store planogram and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area at all times.

Qualifications:

  • At least college level.
  • Preferably with at least six (6) months experience as a cashier or in a retail/sales role.
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with good numerical and customer service skills.
  • Keen interest in fashion.
  • Willing to be assigned at GUESS Alimall

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,650.00 per month
