About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Parking Cashier to join the team at Daily Supermarket, Inc. in our Cubao, Quezon City location. As a Parking Cashier, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the supermarket's parking facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our growing supermarket.

What you'll be doing

• Operate the parking payment system, collecting fees from customers and providing receipts
• Monitor and maintain the parking area, ensuring it is clean, organized and well-organised
• Assist customers with parking-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Reconcile cash payments and maintain accurate records of parking transactions
• Report any issues or concerns related to the parking facilities to the management team
• Collaborate with the broader supermarket team to provide a cohesive customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a parking or retail environment
• Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
• Familiarity with parking management systems or a willingness to learn
