  • Estimation MEPFS includes the tools you need – estimating, takeoff, material pricing, labor and collaboration – to produce highly accurate estimates, helping reduce risks and ensure the profitability of every job.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Construction Management, Architecture or other related discipline. PE license is a plus.
  • 1-5+ years of total professional experience in related roles on mid-size to large projects.
  • 3-4 years of specialized estimating in one or more of MEPF trades
  • Adept knowledge in Planswift, Revit or AutoCAD, Bluebeam and MS Excel capability.
  • Field experience is a plus.
