About the Role

Join a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to promoting mental health across borders. As a Telehealth Counselor, you will provide virtual counseling services to individuals in Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, and beyond. Your work will directly impact the well-being of diverse communities, offering support in multiple languages and cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver teleconsultation and counseling services to members across multiple countries.

Promote mental health awareness and emotional well-being.

Support multilingual intake lines; global support primarily in English and Filipino.

Engage with members from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

Coordinate referrals to in-country affiliate partners for face-to-face consultations.

Serve as a trusted resource for members, families, and healthcare professionals—ensuring confidence in the care we provide.

Qualifications

  • Valid PRC license as a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC).
  • Experience in handling psycho-traumatic cases is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite
