 To provide professional and confidential counseling sessions to students (SHS and UG),

staff and parents, either individually or in groups.

 To provide individual counseling to students with personal or psychological issues.

 To advise, support and liaise with colleagues across the school in the provision of

counseling services and strategies needed by students and staff.

 To organize, attend and conduct interviews with parents as part of counseling services to

identify issues that affect school performance of students, as needed.

 To convene family or case references to address academic, emotional or behavioral

problems.

 To provide individual or group guidance for developmental concerns such as learning

disability, interpersonal relationships, drug use and bullying issues.

 To identify behavioral problems or at-risk students, and propose appropriate counseling

strategies.

 To assess student attributes, evaluate their progress and support them to develop their

personal and academic skills, and implement personal goals.

 To act as mediators among students, or between students and teachers, in case of

conflicts.

 To provide leadership, management, administration and other relevant tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling.

 Licensed Guidance Counselor.

 At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.

 Has good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Quezon City
