Job Description:

Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online traffic. Must be able to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and optimize campaigns across various channels to reach the target audience. Analyzing data and metrics will be essential in assessing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions. Staying updated on digital trends and best practices will help ensure the company's online presence remains competitive. The role will contribute to achieving marketing goals and fostering customer engagement in the digital landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, website, search engines, etc.

  2. Analyzing and monitoring website traffic and online user behavior to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.

  3. Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience.

  4. Utilizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques to improve the company's online visibility and rankings in search engine results.

  5. Planning and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

  6. Collaborating with the creative team to design digital assets and promotional materials.

  7. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns, preparing reports, and providing insights for future improvements.

  8. Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to stay competitive in the market.

  9. Interacting with customers through online platforms to address inquiries and concerns promptly.

  10. Handle client inquiries on all websites and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram) for both projects and create an organized queuing system for sales agents. Assist certain client inquiries and concerns raised on all digital platforms

  11. Produce quality leads through lead gen ads for both projects. Key Performance Indicator of 250 leads/project/month through targeting the right demographics and producing click-worthy content.

  12. Contribute to producing 40% of the business units sales through digital efforts

  13. Quarterly buyer's demographic reports and sales sources tracking to ensure that we are on track with our targets and are hitting the right demographics

  14. Coordinate and manage suppliers related to our websites/CRM, ensuring that all pages run smoothly.

  15. Identifying new opportunities for digital marketing growth and proposing innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

● Bachelor's/College Degree— Advertising, Marketing, or other related fields

● 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google applications— Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, GDrive, GMeet, Google, Docs, etc.

● Proficiency in Canva and Social Media editing tools

● Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and In-Design is an advantage.
