About the role
Polystar General Services' is seeking a talented and dedicated Account Officer to join our team in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records for the company.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Liaising with clients and vendors to resolve billing and payment issues
- Providing administrative support to the Finance team as needed
- Ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounts officer or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
