The SENIOR PROGRAM ASSOCIATE is responsible for:

  1. Preparation of Megaworld Foundation award entries, especially write-ups

  2. Research and assistance in the preparation of impact analyses and evaluation forms for

Megaworld Foundation initiatives

  1. Processing of scholarship applications and benefits

  2. Endorsement of graduating scholars to employment opportunities in Megaworld, its

subsidiaries, and affiliates

  1. Tracking updates and keeping a directory of Megaworld Foundation alumni scholars

  2. Assistance in Megaworld Foundation's audiovisual presentations, media projects, and

other tasks assigned

  1. Support in Megaworld Foundation initiatives for scholars and other outreach activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The applicant must have outstanding writing skills. Fluency in written English is a must while having good verbal skills is also a plus.
  • It is preferable if the applicant has good design taste and is knowledgeable in basic design principles. If not, it is highly desirable if he/she is keen to learn and be coached.
  • The applicant must have good interpersonal skills especially for internal and external
  • coordinations.
  • Other desired skills/characteristics are integrity, critical thinking, being detail-oriented, and having a drive to produce quality work.
  • At least 3 years same or related function
  • Willing to be assigned in Mckinley Hill, Taguig City.
