We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Operations Associate to oversee and enhance the day-to-day functions of our business. This role is critical to streamlining internal workflows, managing performance, and supporting company-wide efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives on improving systems that enable teams to work smarter and deliver results.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Operational Excellence: Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently across departments.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity without compromising quality.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Support and guide internal teams to achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs & Reporting: Define and track key operational metrics for operational processes and team performance. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operations.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Assist in preparing budgets, managing resources, and ensuring cost-effective allocation of time, talent, and tools.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Uphold compliance with legal and industry regulations. Promote health, safety, and company policy adherence.
  • Resolve Operational Challenges: Quickly and effectively address issues or bottlenecks, minimizing disruption and ensuring business continuity.
  • Enhance Communication: Maintain transparent, consistent communication with leadership and internal teams on key operational initiatives and results.

Your Path to Success Starts Here:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of optimizing processes and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in technology, financial services, or business process outsourcing preferred.
