Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily tasks and communications.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (including client flights).
- Handle data entry, file management, and document organization.
- Maintain an efficient workflow and ensure seamless coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Provide administrative assistance and act as liaison between Director Tam and internal/external contacts.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business and personal matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Excellent English communication skills — spoken, written, and reading.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role (HR or executive support background preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in data entry, document management, and scheduling tools.
- Professional, discreet, and reliable with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
