Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize daily tasks and communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (including client flights).
  • Handle data entry, file management, and document organization.
  • Maintain an efficient workflow and ensure seamless coordination of day-to-day activities.
  • Provide administrative assistance and act as liaison between Director Tam and internal/external contacts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business and personal matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Excellent English communication skills — spoken, written, and reading.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role (HR or executive support background preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in data entry, document management, and scheduling tools.
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
