Remark Steel Structure Corporation is looking for an experienced Safety Manager to oversee and implement the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across all project sites. The Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with DOLE and OSHC standards, promoting a culture of safety, and minimizing workplace risks in both fabrication and construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSHC, and other regulatory safety standards.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Plan and conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills.
  • Supervise and support Site Safety Officers in implementing safety programs at the site level.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers, Supervisors, and HR for safety-related actions and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit regular safety performance reports to management.
  • Continuously promote safety awareness and recommend improvements to workplace safety practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or any related field.
  • Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner (SO3 or SO4).
  • At least 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in construction or steel structure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of DOLE and OSHC regulations and safety management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel and conduct site inspections as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
