About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Safety Manager to champion workplace safety and health across our operations. This role will lead the development and enforcement of company-wide safety programs, ensure compliance with government regulations, and drive initiatives aligned with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage safety management systems in compliance with ISO 45001 standards.
  • Lead certification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives under ISO 45001.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH requirements and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Organize and deliver safety orientation, training, and awareness programs.
  • Partner with site leaders to enforce safety protocols across warehouses, transport, freight forwarding, and logistics operations.
  • Prepare reports and analyze safety performance indicators, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Serve as primary contact for government agencies, external auditors, and certifying bodies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Practitioner certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in occupational health & safety management.
  • DOLE OSH accredited Safety Practitioner/Officer.
  • Strong background in logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and compliance programs.
