Job description:

  • Experienced in wire harness assembly is required
  • Supervise assigned station for smooth flow of production;
  • Coordinate plans with the Business Unit Manager to realize all production demands in terms of planning for the best use of manpower, equipment, time and space, improving on consumption of materials in order to meet the required material efficiency standard;
  • Monitor the progress of all plans to see if production is operating at maximum yield, minimum loss and producing the required output for the purpose of meeting the delivery requirement;
  • Monitor implementation of standard operating procedures, work procedures, engineering change notice, manufacturing instruction, and customer instruction;
  • ·Coordinates with other department on various activities and recommend action plans on problems / issues related to process, materials, quality, and engineering standards. Ensure that all problems / issues are resolved at early stage
