VS Hotel & Convention Center in Quezon City offers 78 brand new rooms, and is part of the largest wellness, spa, fitness, sports, and leisure club in Manila. Additionally, Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Quezon City combines events space, restaurant, and museum, bringing the Bataan experience to the city center.

Role Description

This full-time role for AVP Project Manager and Property Manager is an on-site position located in Quezon City. The individual will oversee day-to-day project management and property management tasks, including expediting, logistics, and inspection of project timelines. Coordination with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and completion of projects will be key. Responsibilities also include maintaining property standards, managing inspections, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Expediting skills
  • Experience in Inspection and Logistics Management
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Quezon City
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
