Job Summary

The AVP – Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing multiple projects from inception to completion. This role ensures that all project goals are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The AVP will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.

  2. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with company goals.

  3. Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and motivation.

  4. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team members have the resources they need.

  5. Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  3. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  4. Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php110,000.00 per month
