JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT/EVALUATION, RECOMMENDATION, DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING. Provide timely, thorough, and accurate assessment/evaluation of the units. Provide the most feasible recommendation. Document and report the same.

2. PRODUCT REPAIRS. Repair units best, ensuring quality work that is done fast and efficiently with as little rework as possible.

3. ASSIST CUSTOMERS (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL) WITH TECHNICAL CONCERNS. Provide all technical assistance to product users, customers, etc. in a professional way that will continue to build trust and confidence in our brands.

4. PROPERTY SAFEKEEPING. All items under custody should be properly handled and safely kept to ensure everything is complete, well accounted for, in good order, and protected from any possibility of theft or damage.

5. Other tasks may from time to time be assigned in accordance with the exigencies of the business, within the employee's department, within the company, as well as other companies within The WOW Group within the scope of this Job Description.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
