GOTO TENDON is looking for a skilled Kitchen Equipment Technician, that will provide support in restaurant equipment repair, providing essential services that ensure the smooth operation of various kitchen appliances and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain ice machines, washers, ovens, dishwashers, and water coolers, as well as industrial-sized steam cookers.
  • Ensure that equipment is regularly inspected, cleaned, and serviced to ensure optimum performance and longevity.
  • Conduct commercial kitchen appliance repair to uphold the reliability and safety of essential kitchen equipment.
  • Utilize the work order management system to efficiently handle and complete work requests.
  • Install new equipment and address issues like leaks, faulty wiring controls, and worn-out or defective parts.
  • Collaborate with fellow maintenance workers, company officials, and staff to devise effective solutions for maintenance problems.
  • Respond promptly to emergency equipment repair calls, even during off-hours.
  • Be open to performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall efficiency of the commercial kitchen service team.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and food safety regulations in a commercial kitchen environment.
