Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant serves as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO or other senior executives, ensuring efficient operations, driving key initiatives, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration. This role involves overseeing high-priority projects, managing executive communications, and streamlining decision-making processes to optimize organizational effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO and executive teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Track and ensure progress on key company goals and objectives.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee business operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Establish and refine internal processes to enhance productivity.
- Facilitate executive decision-making by gathering insights, preparing reports, and conducting analysis.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and engagements when needed.
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, board members, and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or executive leadership support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional leadership.
