Responsibilities:

A. WAREHOUSE

  1. Supervises and assists in daily warehouse tasks including documentation of receiving reports of incoming raw materials, delivery receipts for both internal and external customers.

  2. Ensures that inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.

  3. Supervises and monitors the filling of work orders coming from Production, Maintenance and other Functional documents.

  4. Oversees the arrangement of packaging assembles inside the warehouse premises.

  5. Oversees and manages the stocks, furniture, fixtures and other items arrangement and maximization or utilization of areas inside the warehouse.

  6. Monitors the working condition of the equipments and tools used in the warehouse and ensure the proper functioning of those equipments.

  7. Manages the inventory monitoring cycle counts spot audit for the inventory cycle. Validates the result and counts through physical versus system accuracy.

  8. Ensures that optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill stores and production request.

  9. Close coordination with the warehouse personnel performance like attitude, behavior, proper grooming and proper handling of stocks.

B. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  1. Conducts training for warehouse personnel

  2. Manage planning and assigning of daily work to appropriate areas of assignment of different warehouse personnel.

  3. Conducts performance appraisals, addressing performance issues and resolving problems.

  4. Establishes work procedures to meet warehouse and distribution demands as dictated by Marketing, Operations and Production schedules and work flow.

  5. Monitors the safety and security process in every activity of the warehouse and distribution.

C.. OTHER RELATED DUTIES

  1. Conferring with other department heads to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers.

  2. Provides timely and minimize labor cost service to operations, marketing and production department while minimizing warehouse and distribution activities.

  3. Provides accurate and timely departmental reports.

  4. Maintain formal and informal communications in order to respond to the needs of the individual and the business.

Qualifications:

  1. College Graduate, preferably of any four year course.

2.With at least 3 years experience in Warehouse Operations.

  1. With knowledge in warehousing and inventory cycle and activities.

  2. With knowledge in making policies and procedures towards warehouse flow and process.

  3. Must have above average communication skills.

  4. Should have excellent leaderships skills.

  5. Strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
