Objective:

Ensure consistent delivery of products and services that meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements through structured quality frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ISO-aligned quality systems
  • Conduct internal audits and process reviews
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Collaborate with departments to improve quality performance
  • Monitor and report quality KPIs

Strategic Leadership & Integration

  • Develop and implement an integrated management system aligned with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment of quality, safety, risk, and continuity practices.

Governance & Compliance

  • Oversee compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across all Integrated Management Systems & Safety functions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report to senior leadership.

Risk & Resilience

  • Ensure proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the development and testing of business continuity plans.

Culture & Capability Building

  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and quality.
  • Lead training and awareness programs across all levels of the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with department heads, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for IMS&S-related initiatives and escalations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Service Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or any related course
  • Proven experience in managing quality and integrated management systems
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Leadership in quality, safety, risk, and continuity domains
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and resilience
