We are offering a hybrid work arrangement The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

  • Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
  • Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
  • Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
  • Work from home location is within NCR.

General Objective:

Perform ACA data validation and other related ACA tasks. Create client required and ad hoc reporting. Perform audits of election and census data with clients, vendors and carriers as requested by clients.

What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Performs ACA data validation and other related ACA tasks like import of correction file.
  • Performs audits of election and census data with clients, vendors and carriers as requested by clients. Provides thorough, accurate and detailed audit reports.
  • Creates data conversion files and updates client's/carrier's templates into upload ready formats.
  • Creates, produces, scrubs, and validates data transmission files as defined and specified by the client.
  • Providing ad-hoc reports and updates regarding deliverables as requested by client.
  • Responds to emails and resolving of queries and issues raised by the client in a timely manner.
  • Reaches out to clients via email, ticket, case or call to address issues or any client related concerns.
  • Participates in client calls and training sessions when necessary.

What are the ideal requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Math, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or equivalent work experience of at least a year
  • Ability to work with multiple source files and apply knowledge from various client requirements day-to-day
  • Advanced MS Excel skills a plus
  • Capability to do analysis and research
