Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports Service Agents, Installers and ASC-Authorized Service Center with product specification and presentation on VRF system.
  • Provides VRF technical training to all installers, technicians, ASCs and dealers.
  • Provides on-site technical support for VRF System Projects.
  • Performs Customer Care agent training.
  • Manages and oversees service partner's performance.
  • Perform Commissioning / Start Up on newly installed VRF Systems.
  • Handles escalated VOC (Voice of Customers) cases from both sales and consumers.
  • Supports the service readiness of new VRF products for both ASC and parts availability.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Licensed Engineer or equivalent technical background and experience.
  • Ideally, with TESDA RAC Servicing NC-II / NC-III (PACU-CRE) Certification.
  • At least 5-year experience in HVAC Aftersales Industries.
  • Candidate must be willing to report in Alabang office once a week.
