Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Content Creator & Social Media Marketer to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role combines content production, storytelling, and strategic social media marketing to grow audience engagement, brand awareness, and digital reach.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Create high-quality content including short-form videos, graphics, photos, and written posts
  • Develop platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and others
  • Assist with scripting, filming, editing, and publishing content
  • Stay updated on trends, memes, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant

Social Media Management & Marketing

  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with company goals
  • Publish and schedule posts consistently across platforms
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns and launches

Analytics & Growth

  • Track performance using analytics tools (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
  • Optimize content and posting strategies based on insights
  • Support paid social media campaigns when needed

Brand & Collaboration

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and guidelines
  • Work with designers, editors, influencers, and partners
  • Cover live events, shoots, or media projects when required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a content creator or social media marketer
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Basic to intermediate skills in photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working in a media or entertainment company
  • On-camera confidence or voice-over experience
  • Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization
  • Experience with influencer marketing or brand collaborations
